a decent experience
central location nice space ineffective ac storage area
the location is very central. it made accessing different parts of the city easy. the bar upstairs provides a nice space to relax in the evening.
The ac was not very effective. i found it hard to adjust the temperature in my room to a comfortable level. the staff did not bring an iron to my room. I had to use it in a storage area.

amazing city center stay!
fruit varieties perfect location helpful staff
the breakfast was very nice, i can not remember seeing such variety! i saw so much fruit and many breads available. the location is perfect. the staff was so great and helpful, i really appreciated their assistance.
the room felt slightly small. there wasn't quite as much storage space as i needed.

the breakfast buffet had an enormous selection of fresh fruits. several exotic options were available, some still in their shells, others pre-cut. i saw many local breads. they also offered breakfast until 11 am.

there is a rooftop bar with a wide selection of drinks. the hotel has a local car park . the lobby offered complimentary hot chocolate plus sweets, a super nice touch. it created a festive, amazing atmosphere

the hotel is right in the city center. it is directly connected to a shopping mall. also many shops and restaurants are only steps away. the hotel is very convenient!

The location is REALLY great. It is right in the city center and close to all amenities. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable TOO.
The air conditioning was weak. I tried adjusting the thermostat, but no cool air came out. Someone said fresh air was circulated, like a fan. I barely slept .

smooth check-in excellent location relaxing evenings
The check-in was smooth. I received all the necessary information at the reception. the location of the hotel is excellent. i really enjoyed the cozy bar upstairs where i spent some relaxing evenings with a drink.
honestly, i noticed some scuffs all over the hallway walls and the floor in the room.

inadequate air conditioning ineffective thermostat
breakfast offered a good selection, perfectly acceptable.
i found the air conditioning inadequate. despite assurances from the staff, the room never reached a comfortable temperature. the thermostat seemed ineffective, and i struggled to sleep well.

mountain view customer service prepared bed weak ac sweltering room fresh air
The breakfast had a fine mountain view on the fifth floor. The staff was helpful. Anna offered superb customer service. The hotel prepared a bed for our dog in our room. ALL VERY kind.
The ac was weak, and I could not adjust the thermostat. I went downstairs at 2am. The room was sweltering. I was told that ac meant 'fresh' air, more like a fan. NO ac there.

the staff were friendly at the reception desk, acceptable.
I was disappointed that the air conditioning barely worked. The room remained too warm for sleeping comfortably. it was frustrating because i expected a cooler environment, especially during the summer months. this, SUCH a shame.
