breakfast offered a good selection, perfectly acceptable.
i found the air conditioning inadequate. despite assurances from the staff, the room never reached a comfortable temperature. the thermostat seemed ineffective, and i struggled to sleep well.

The breakfast had a fine mountain view on the fifth floor. The staff was helpful. Anna offered superb customer service. The hotel prepared a bed for our dog in our room. ALL VERY kind.
The ac was weak, and I could not adjust the thermostat. I went downstairs at 2am. The room was sweltering. I was told that ac meant 'fresh' air, more like a fan. NO ac there.

the staff were friendly at the reception desk, acceptable.
I was disappointed that the air conditioning barely worked. The room remained too warm for sleeping comfortably. it was frustrating because i expected a cooler environment, especially during the summer months. this, SUCH a shame.
